Initial interview was over the phone. Second interview was at a warehouse. One interviewer did not show up, and the other interviewer stated he didn't have an explanation for this. He stated that I would likely need to travel out for another interview in the future because of this. The interviewer was very casual. I was told during the second interview that most people in the warehouse do not speak English, and that there was a lot of disorganization that needed to be fixed. The job was stated to be fully on-site during COVID, and weekends were expected. The offer was much lower than expected, and lower than what was stated in my initial interview, at around $18/hour for high intensity work. I let them know that this was below my salary expectation due to what was stated in the initial interview, and other offers.
