It was the worst experience I have ever had interviewing with any company in my life. The recruiter was nice and professional. But in the 2nd interview with the hiring manager was terrible. We had a zoom interview in a conference room. She came in the conference room with no smile and did not dare to look at the screen. During the conversion, instead of having eye contact on the screen, she was looking at her laptop and typing. I think she was answer emails or something. She asked questions without explanation or introduction, and expected you understand what she meant. Bad communication and unprofessional. Now I believe all the bad reviews in Glassdoor. It is the culture.
