I got the recruiter call for a Sr. Software engineer however I was open for a Software Engineer position. Because they did not have any Jr. level positions they will be assessing the positions based on the interview results. The recruiter was great. I was scheduled for an interview with a hiring manager. It wasn't too difficult. He will ask you about the company and what excites you the most about it. He quickly introduced himself and later started with the questions that I mentioned below. After the behavioral questions, he asked me a design question and kindly explained to me about the public Library system in Seattle before going further (I never visited Seattle Public Library!). The process took two weeks. Overall a good experience with Weee!
