Only did the phone screening. The person on the other end immediately switched her tone after knowing I did not have a specific experience they were looking for, which is not listed in my resume. For this role, I can feel they value your more on your experience rather than your potential or skillets. I’m not surprised they did move me forward.
Had 4 rounds. 1st and 4th with HR, 2nd with manager and leader, 3rd with director. Quiet easy, good environment, nice ppl. More about your personality, not much tech thing.
