Incredibly unprofessional interview process. Got invited to interview for the final round but was told there was a change in the job description a day after. Shortly after, received a rejection. The reviews here are a testament to what working at the company would be like. Avoid them.
Edit: they implemented the design I proposed in my design challenge. It took me three full days and I worked hard to conduct user research with friends. I prepared a whole deck. I was not even compensated for it.
It was a phone interview, she went thought all the job requirement and I did self-intro, we talked about the team structure, hiring process, desired salary, and why do you choose their company.
They gave you a take-home design exercise and asked you to present it with the team. The funny thing was when I chatted with the designers individually, one of them complained to me about how toxic the culture of this company was.
