Interview process: HR -> Hiring Manager -> Director (upper management) I failed at the hiring manager round, while the interview was really confusing. In this 1-hour interview, the hiring manager only asked one question (described below). It only spent less than 10 minutes - no follow-up questions, no further questions at all. I don't even know if he cares about what I said or what kind of projects I did. And for the remaining 50 minutes it's just me asking questions about the team and the role responsibility, etc. Received rejection letter after 2 weeks.

Scheduled an interview with a recruiter. Went on the Zoom link, and waited for a full 30 minutes. The recruiter did not show up, and did not respond to any of my follow up emails over the next week. 7 days later, I got an auto-reject email. Extremely unprofessional.
