I applied online for a marketing position. I was then offered a telephone interview, and asked 3 questions regarding the role, and what I expected from it. After this, I was invited to complete online assessments which were slightly more difficult than similar ones I have completed in the past.
About 2 weeks later, I was invited to an interview which would involve a 20 minute presentation based on the "on the go" range of drinks, followed by standard interview questions, lasting 40 minutes. The questions were largely competency based, but also asked what I knew about the company. There were 2 interviewers present.
Overall (from applying to hearing the outcome), the process took 2 months, and Weetabix always took longer to give an update on progress than initially promised. This was incredibly frustrating.
Unfortunately I did not receive an offer, due to lack of experience (which is entirely understandable), yet when reading my CV, one of the interviewers remarked on how extensive it was.
Additionally I got the impression that they were experiencing a high staff turnover, as the 2 interviewers gave each other concerning looks when I asked them why so many positions were suddenly becoming available.
