I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Weetabix
Interview
Thorough and challenging. The interviewers were friendly and open, the conversation was probing. I felt I had ample time to ask questions and it was quite a two way process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Weetabix (Burton Latimer, England)
Interview
Had 1st interview with hiring manager, which was a thorough competency based interview. I received good feedback and then was invited back to meet potential colleagues which was really helpful to meet the team. Final interview was with key stakeholders that I would be working with so we both got a good view and understanding of each other. All of this was within a short time scale with good feedback at each stage.
I was also shown around the site and given a factory tour as part of the process.
