Interview
I submitted my resume on indeed and received a phone interview the next day. She said she would forward my info over to the property manager to set up an in person interview. 2 weeks later she called to set up the interview for the following week. The interview was conversational and very brief. Most of the questions were in reference to my resume and previous work experience. The property manager was very polite and professional. 2 weeks after that I sent an email following up on the interview and the manager called me back with an offer.

The Phone interview is the first point of contact. Then they look through applications and select a good fit. They don’t offer any commission bonuses since they are a small company.company culture seems personable but the hourly rate is far too low.

Phone interview that was a lot of fun to do then in person interview with the property manager. Asked typical interview questions nothing unusual. Make sure to have your negatives and positives ready to go!

Interview
Conversational and informative. Asked about current work and why I chose leasing. Information about benefits and time off given. Seems like a company with a lot of upward mobility. Overall, left a good impression on me. No offer was given immediately, however I’m hopeful that I’ll hear back.
