Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our question regarding travel was perceived to be linked with having (or not having) children. We can assure you that we ask every person interviewed about their travel availability, regardless of family status, because the Project Manager position requires travel to both our in-state and out-of-state properties. As a family owned company, we understand the importance of being a parent and we provide benefits to our employees who have children, such as parental leave and a mother’s room.
