Non si fanno tutti quei colloqui inutili con HR e altre mille figure. Si parla semplicemente con il responsabile dell’area che realmente dovrà lavorare con te. Colloquio approfondito ma non eccessivamente puntiglioso

Interview started with introductions and questions about background, experience and about yourself. Then presentation on a pre-emailed task, questions surrounding this and then competency-based questions. Finally finishing with questions for the interviewers.
