Wellington takes the interview process very seriously. Their culture is very important to them and they want to make sure they find the right person who fits into that culture. I interviewed with 7 or 8 people over about 4 hours. It was a long process but it was thorough. I learned a lot about the company and the position I was interviewing for. The people I met with were all professional and easy to speak with.
