behavior questions generally, by a phone call with talent recruitment teams. The experience is generally nice and questions are not difficult to answer. just proceed to another stage and not so sure how many stages do they have for recruitment in HK.

Average. had to undergo ai interview first before the actual interview. The interview process began with a phone screen, followed by two technical rounds and a final HR discussion. Just a very average interview process. I wish AI interview was not a thing.

The interview was very friendly and relatively informal. They made me feel comfortable and were mainly focused on personality and soft skills rather than having expectations that I would have a lot of technical skills and experience already
Very friendly and encouraging people at Wellington. Nice experience to have for juniors. Get to more about this company, their philosophy, their culture and peoole more. Several rounds of one-to-one interviews. Quite challenging if not having relevant experience in the past.
