I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wellington Management in Oct 2014
Interview
Interviewed on campus, didn't make it past that round. Super day is roughly seven interviews with members of different departments at their offices. Everyone that I met with and spoke to was very friendly. Most of the employees that I met with had been there for many years, not a lot of turnover within the company. Talked to some of the younger employees as well who said they really enjoyed their experience working there and that they were happy with their decision to work there.

Question 1
What are three qualities your friends would use to describe you?
I interviewed at Wellington Management (Boston, MA)
Interview
This was two 30 minute interviews with team members, then the next round was two 30 minutes with another team member and the global controller. All questions were behavioral and relatively basic, also let candidate ask most of the questions, so only asked like 1-2 questions per 30 minute interview slot. It felt conversational, as most questions would build off the previous question.

When given multiple tasks/deadlines, how do you know what to prioritize?
1 Language test, translate paragraph from chinese to english and another paragraph from english to chinese within a stipulated time frame. Followed by a fit interview with the head of talent acquisition, which gave generic questions on internship experiences, classic introductory questions.

Question 1
Why wellington? Why do you want to be in asset management
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wellington Management in Jun 2022
Interview
Lots of interviews (think I had 9 in total) but very personal and not automated. Friendly people and genuinely want to find someone who is the right match. Overall, was a good experience, but quite intense.
