Interview
Ask you about personal experience from the university life and if you have done any internship, they will ask any skills you have learned. It was nice and great interview process that people know what they are actually doing and most of the departments are connected with each other that built with great communication.

Application and then a series of webex interviews with different people around the department.
All very conversational interviews with very nice and open people. Very much a 2 way conversation in the interview.
