Extremely intense, time consuming and wasteful. There were multiple back to back interviews with 4-6 people 30mins each that would last 2.5 hrs or more with no breaks in between to even turn your head or sip water. Multiple timed assessments with little to no information beforehand to prepare. Extreme waste of time and inconsiderate of other people's time especially during the work week having a current full time job.
