Once I got my agency to forward my CV, it was quite an easy interview. I had four interviews at two different days within a time of 2 weeks. First two interviews was with HR (general questions, clarifying my CV) and the line manager of the position, who seemed to be more nervous than I was at the time. The next week I met my colleagues and had a casual chat with them and afterwards a video conference call with the general boss in the US, which was also a nice chat to get to know each other.
