Interview
During the first round interview, the first 20 minutes there was the typical "walk me through your resume" and some behavior questions. Then they asked technical questions for the remaining 20 minutes. The interview was a 2-on-1 with an Associate and a VP. The second round was purely about fit and there was much more conversational.
Met with a bunch of bankers over the course of 2-3 months and then went into NY HQ for a round of interviews. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Domonique, the HR recruiter, was also responsive and helpful.

They asked a host of regular, run-of-the-mill IB questions and technicals. Nothing at all too tricky or technical. It was mostly culture and personality fit.

Basically it consists of 3 rounds after an aptitude test. The first round includes Group discussion, the second round is an HR round and the third is a Technical round.

Great. Easy and detailed. They give a lot of information. Make sure to emphasize your ability to communicate and will to help people. When you describe yourself make sure you align the answers with the job description.
