Do you have collection experience? Pretty easy to get a job at Wells Fargo Auto Finance. They constantly need collectors. So if you have any sort of collection experience, they will take you.
It was quite easy going. The hiring managers were very easy going and it made the interview very fluid. I enjoyed the view from the building, mountains that were covered with snow.
