The questions are very tbought provoking and can make you think on live scenarios. Very important that you take your time and break down the questions as if the interviewer does not know what your a arer talking about

Question 1
Tell me about a time when u ou had a challenging interaction.
Very smooth, easy process. The one thing I’d change is receiving feedback after the interview. I didn’t hear back from either manager that interviewed me. This would be helpful for future interviews.
The interview process is in the STAR format which was different than any other interview but I believe because of this interview it has allowed me to think of how to answer differently when in an interview. S=Situation( what was the situation)
T=Task( What was the task at hand)
A=Action( What action did you take)
R=Result
