As a sophomore in college, I found out about their Sophomore Leaders Program. The program was a 2 day conference, where I was flown to Charlotte to learn more about the different banking industries and on the last day, I was given the opportunity to interview for an internship as a summer analyst with the Commercial Banking Group.
