I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Wells Fargo
Interview
The first round of interview lasted about 20 mins. At first, it's some standard questions about what you've done in your past, how did you go about doing your job, etc. Then the interviewer started going into the specifics, asking if you have so-and-so specific experiences with so-and-so. That's the point where they really try to find out if you have the exact skills that the job need. It's a pretty standard interview. One thing that needs to be mentioned is that on their job description they didn't do a good job of highlighting all the specific skills that they're looking for, and I only found out during the interview.
