It is usually a 3 round process, first two are technical and is generally based around your CV and Financial Statement Analysis. Few other topics that were touched upon in my case were- debt subordination, case based/ scenario specific questions and ratio analysis.

I had an initial screening interview with a Human Resources representative. After that, I had two formal interviews for a Portfolio Manager position in Commercial Banking.
