I had a phone interview and after they called me I. To meet with 2 branch manager a face to fave interview .they ask about your background and experience and also situational questions when you have to tell them a specific example of that situation at your previous job that how to handled them.
I had and over Phone interview 1st which were questions about my work history lasted for 10 mins. And a face to faces interview with Branch Manager and District Manager lasted over 45 mins.

Describe a difficult time where you had to face irate customers and resolve a problem.
