Interview
The Interview Process was fairly standard. The Hiring Manager contacted me via email to set up a Phone Interview. I was asked a few questions and then was invited to an interview in person. The Hiring Manager went over what the work and environment would be like. After the interview I was told that I would be contacted during the next week to finalize paper work if I got the position. The whole process took about two weeks.

What was one situation in which you had to make a decision that differed from what you had planned.
Two to three phone calls and zoom calls. Pretty simple but time consuming and spread out within a month or so. Smooth process overall just takes time. Background check is what took the longest. Takes up to 6 weeks

Screened by someone and then zoom interview. Panel of two people so that was intense. Hard questions I needed them to repeat. Lots of give an example so very hard and nerve racking to think of something on the spot

Went very well. Asked a variety of questions that they explained more if you didn't understand. Behavioral structural questions. were asked in a multistep process. The interviewers expected to be asked a lot of questions as well.
