Great process, case study behavioral based. Panel interview with 2 rounds preceded by a conversation with the recruiter. I was kept well informed during the process and was given a lot of good information

Tell me about a situation that you turned a difficult scenario into a positive one
Easy , respectfully and straightforward the team really cared about getting the right fit vs just hiring someone for a role that they may not like and possibly leave in the future
Star method used. Requires lots of detail to answer simple questions that don’t need the level of detail needed to meet the star method requirement. Interview went well, just awkward trying to elaborate on answers.

Multiple interviews, First phone with recruiter, second phone with district manager then a third another with district manager and wealth manager. They already have your sale numbers from what ever bank you are coming from. It is a small world, be honest and explain your process and you will be fine.
