Applied online and took a personality test online. Received a phone call and did a very brief phone interview before being considered for a group interview. The entire process was very easy including the online test, just remember to be consistent with your answers and to be very confident on the phone and during the group interview.

Phone screen, In person interview. Interviewed with the Branch manager, most of the questions if not all were behavioral questions. Interviewed with one other person at the same time, each one of us taking turns asnwering the questions first.
