I applied online. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (New York, NY) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview was pretty straightforward, all behavioral questions, and then time at the end to ask questions. Much like most first round interviews in that regard. I would hammer home the why Wells portion to ensure success.

Question 1
Why S&T? Why Wells? What's a time you were a leader?
Three 30 minute in person interviews with two technical rounds and one behavioral. Very standard and organized. This was the final round superday after a single round of hirevues. Brush up on technicals and know what is going on in the market

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Miami, FL) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very organized, first round phone call interview, superday zoom interview with 2 employees, mostly behavioral questions not many technical questions. Very nice team and work culture. Although, I did not get an offer I appreciate that they told me 24 hours after the interview and not weeks or months later like other firms.
