I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Salem, OR) in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied very late Tuesday night (like 2 am), and woke up to an email early Wednesday morning. The email advised that I was eligible to schedule a group interview. I scheduled a group interview that Friday.
The group interview itself went well. There were six of us in all and the sixth arrived late. None of us had actual bank experience, but had some semblance of customer service/sales experience. I was the only applicant in a suit. The interview was with a recruiter and she was very friendly. She told us that they were doing group interviews rather than phone interviews as they had once done. We raised our hands to answer questions. There were three questions beyond the background question. I think she wanted to get an idea of sales experience.
The recruiter called me back a few hours later and we scheduled a one-to-one interview with a hiring manager for Tuesday. The hiring manager was very friendly and had a few pages of questions. I was called back that day and offered the position.
I had done research previously and thought that the process would take longer, I didn't realize it would only take a week.
The recruiter was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I also had to be fingerprinted and fill out a background packet after accepting the offer. It was a painless process.

Question 1
All the questions were basically, "Tell me about a time..." My advise is to think back and get all your stories together. Difficult customers, times you went above and beyond, etc.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Manila, Manila) in Sep 2022
Interview
Easy and fast, the recruiter will update you from time to time which is very good. Goodluck! Its just easy. No need to worry about. Wells fargo is a good company, however, there are some leaders that are power trippping so be careful.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Manila, Manila) in Mar 2022
Interview
I was referred by my friend, then someone contacted me for a versant. Luckily I got an above-average score. Then final interview. This is where your communication skills will be tested. I really enjoyed the interview though
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your most difficult task and how did you handle it?
Interview is very easy. Typically three behavioral questions. Phone interview for starters and then 1 on 1 with management. Typically ask about difficult situations. Be prepared to use STAR method. Sometimes I find this method can make you over think. I would say just write out a few scenarios and just practically to sound organically.
