They have you spend four days interviewing for a position while selling their sensitivity to neurodiverse candidates. These are grueling interviews for neurodivergent folks who are expected to perform at their peak and work fast on a project they don’t tell you about ahead of time. It’s very intimidating and time consuming. Save yourself the headache of their interview process because there can be three openings and forty participants making your chances of being selected very slim. Save your time and energy for a more sensitive employer that cares about neurodivergent people and the challenges they experience when interviewing particularly in the technical space. Also, if they review your project and don’t think your work was up to par they will still put you through a 45 minute interview knowing they’re not going to make a job offer to you. Very disappointing.
