I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Charlotte, NC) in Nov 2015
Interview
They went through a system of behavioral questions, which had to be responded using the "Star Method." This was seriously one of the most impersonal and crazy interviews that I have been a part of. I have been in the banking industry for 20 years and never again will I apply at Wells. They failed to ask me any questions pertaining to the job position, but continued to ask me questions about past behavior. They told me up front that there would be no vacation days in the first 100 days in the job and that they would basically have paperwork goals for this role even if you don't have paperwork you are somehow responsible for generating some.
hr scheduled a screening call but I somehow was called a day before the scheduled time, but the hr didn't realize that, then I was called again the next day
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Des Moines, IA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Multiple rounds first was hr, second was with the hiring manager, then final one was in person at the office with multiple team members. Mostly personality questions but a few tech questions
Good over all three rounds and final discussion with hr and head of the department and no assessment or anything as such easy if you are prepared with basics and have experience in the industry
