You do two interviews. One by phone and one done in person.
The interviews are done in Star method and they ask behavioral questions.
You have two managers interviewing and each one asks you a question.

Tell me a time when you dealt with a difficult customer?
Interview was very easy. The phrase "they hire anyone with a pulse" comes to mind. Although it is considered an entry level position it shouldn't be. They need to fill seats and they'll fill them with anyone who is willing.

Interview
I applied online, and received an email for a phone interview about a week later. I scheduled my interview with the recruiter, the interview process was fairly easy. The recruiter was very pleasant and she went over the details of the job, the location, the pay, which had increased from the time I applied. The interview went very smoothly and I was offered the position by the recruiter, without the need for a 2nd interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
I was contacted in late November 2021 by a Wells Fargo recruiter . I did a brief phone interview and submitted online application . The same day after application submitted I received assessment test . I completed the tests which were very interesting and interactive . The assessment was great in giving you the sense of how you will be navigating calls . After completing assessments I received an email to set an phone interview appointment . I went to website scheduled first available and proceeded to research position and Wells Fargo before phone interview . Today was my phone interview 12/6 . I called ten minutes early and was educated and detailed on position and what’s expected and Wells Fargo core values . I was then asked situational questions about previous experiences and positions and how I used the experience I have and how will that transform to Wells Fargo values . The interviewer was very nice pleasant and explained every question in detail gave me plenty of time to express my answer . After interview I asked a few brief questions and was immediately offered a position . This was above world class experience
