Interview
Interviewed in Minneapolis office. People were very nice and comforting. It was basic behavioral questions and small amount of technical questions. Interviewed 4 different groups including corporate banking. They got a hotel room for me for 1 night. All travel and food expenses were paid for. Interviewed with analysts, associates, vp, and director level of people. Overall, I really enjoyed speaking with people and loved the experience.

Two rounds of interviews both on zoom with multiple people. Questions were behavioral and some finance specific questions. All the interviews lasted 30 minutes and we were in a waiting room before the interview started

Standard questions, behavioral and they are all from a bank of questions they don’t deviate from. Very rigid compared to past and you have to tell your own story because they won’t ask good questions.
