The interview was an in person Panel interview with nurse manager and assistant nurse manager at the Hospital Unit conference center. It was casual and straight forward. This was following the Gallup Career Personality Assessment online.

I had an in person interview with the unit manager as new grad. It was straight forward and they asked me questions about myself, why I chose nursing, where do I see myself in several years, how do I handle stress, why that specific unit, etc

It was great and I enjoyed meeting everyone on the floor and other leaders in the system. It was an awesome awesome experience. I would like to see more interviews like this.

The process was very easy. This interview took place during Covid. I was happy to get the job. The interview process was super easy. They interview was less than 20 minutes.
