Once I applied, I received an email for a personality test about 2 days later. I guess I “passed” that part because a few days later I received an email from the Recuiter for a phone interview. She was very nice and very responsive at first. The day of phone interview she called a little late but I was able to talk with her and the conversation was great and I was excited. Afterwards she sent me two emails for references and another personality test, which I think is ridiculous since there was already one and these have nothing to do with the job. After hunting down all my old bosses and peers I got 7 completed references and I did the 2 hour personality test. I missed her call one day and Called back a few hours later and after that NOTHING. My emails and phone calls went ignored and status simply changed to “not selected.” So I did all of that for absolutely nothing and I never even spoke to a manager. Definitely turned off by the process.
