1.Had a Initial Telephonic call with the Manager of Analytics team and was called for Onsite Interview soon after that . 2. Onsite interview process went well as I was given chance to get interviewed with VP of Analytics Team, HR, Manager of Analytics Team, AI Specialist, Senior Vice President , and few other few other from the Analytics team Burlington, MA 3. Before I left the premises have asked the hiring manager about the next steps. This is what I hear from her -" We will not have any more rounds of interview, as we will be giving Verbal offer after we decide". Fair enough! 4. Asked HR of Burlington, MA when I would be hearing from them- she responded saying the next day. I was like surprised to hear that they are so quick 5. To Whomsoever it may Concern, Please read this carefully-I got an update from HR after a week and this what she wrote to me "We would love to move you to the next step. Could you provide me with three references, ideally would like two you were managers of yours in the past, however if you do not have two please provide me with at least one". 6. I waited for 3 weeks more after sending the references step(which she acknowledge that I cleared it) for an update. Repeated Messages , unanswered emails/late responses, felt like they are ignoring me after giving a writing email of acceptance. 7. Last step , I had to call her to check where we are at the process as its been 3 weeks since I heard from them about any offer letter. She responded and responded saying that "Apologies for the back and forth and delayed emails. We have actually moved on to a different direction and not considering you anymore" Please note: Never apply to this organization , they seem like decent mid size company but they are very unprofessional set of people. I am not blaming the HR for whatever we communicated but I blame the whole team of Analytics for letting me go after agreeing to hire me . Suggestion to the Management of Welltok- Team, you are not the only one in field of Wellness and Healthcare. Grow up your standards when it comes to post interview process. We invest time, money, energy to prepare, travel to attend interview with you . Its really sad and unfortunate that I interviewed with you and also was moved and cleared every steps. I wish I was not chosen in the beginning so that wouldn't had such hopes of getting a offer from you
