I spoke with the HR Recruiter who pushed me forward to the next round to meet with other people. I went in the office for a 1hr 15min interview process where I met with two engagement managers for 30mins and the hiring manager as well as another stakeholder for 30mins. I received a total of 3 or 4 questions and I was left with no room to ask them any questions. It was interesting as it appeared as if they weren't interested in having the interview but had no choice but to complete the process since I was there. It was very odd as they seemed uninterested before even beginning. In the end I didn't receive a rejection e-mail or any response to my follow up email. I was made aware that the role has been filled by a member of the team. As HR, you are the face of the organization and should follow through with updates accordingly. This experience speaks to their way of business.
