There were two phone screenings with the hiring manager and a current Business Analyst. We mainly discussed experience and career interests. After I sent a follow-up email three weeks later, an in-person interview was set up. The interview was mainly a "get to know you" meeting with four separate people, including the hiring manager and business analyst from the phone screenings. We discussed past projects and relevant experience and went on a tour of the office. I attempted to follow up with the recruiter after the holidays. Every call and email went unanswered. It is very unprofessional to string along a candidate for two months and never bother to send a rejection email. I would not recommend applying or interviewing here if you want them to respect your time.
