Interview process was very scattered. Initial interview with HR was as expected. First 'tech' interview was a phone interview with scattered questions and obviously had not been prepared for. Difficult to answer when jumping between process and different technology questions. Second tech interview was a pair programming exercise. The interviewer was nice and easy to talk to - but again it was a weird experience with the interviewer 'at the wheel' until I just kinda edged him out and started typing. Both interviews were very quickly scheduled, not really with any context, and it appears their technology 'stack' is a mashup of what seems like a good idea at the time. Brought up TDD, but aren't actually doing it, some front end implementations in angular, some in rails/react, and apparently they have some all rails with inline styles apps hanging around. Very scattered approach to development processes. Overall, a nice group of people, but the interview process was disjointed and generally unprofessional.
