Totally hodgepodge interview process with no clear communication or direction. I interviewed multiple times, with no set agenda, timing (interviews always ran long), and little advanced notice or sensitivity to my schedule (I'd be emailed the day before the interview). Before my final interview, I was called and insulted over the phone in a "helpful" way to prepare me that I wasn't good enough for the job but was fortunate to still be in the running. Then, after 5+ interviews, I was told they chose another candidate over email- very unprofessional considering how many hours I spent interviewing.
