very easy, over Skype, they give you a 2 hour test onsite depends on the project, its usually pretty easy and achievable. I applied online , got tested, and then after 2 weeks I started working onsite. I would say is the easiest interview process I ever had.

Slow, and very time consuming. Depending on where you interview I feel like interviews can be very informal or professional but mine was very informal and very misleading. They told me they would set up my office and call but... no call.
