I was approached multiple times by them. The rates this company offered were too low to even try to advance further. For a freelance position where I still need to pay tax, the 10 dollars they offer are abhorently low.
There weren't any interview process because this role was freelance/part-time based. Only email and in writing as far as I remembered. But afterwards you need to ace some tests that involved with the role.
No interview, just a test that you have too pass I belive you must get a 100% on it, they do give you training material to help you prepare for the test so dont worry.
Processo di selezione freddo, avrete solo a che fare con l'IA, chat automatiche, mail e form. Il test e i materiali per superarlo se non altro sono sufficienti. Farete diverse prove, identiche a quelle con cui vi sarete formati, in un pomeriggio saprete se siete stati presi o meno. Il loro metodo di fatturazione, almeno fino al 2022, era parecchio scomodo.
