Interview
The interview was very basic. They asked my basic questions, double-checked my application and asked about availability. The second interview was really nothing but you have to meet with two managers first before they hire you. Both managers were very friendly and the GM made sure to describe the type of work that I would be doing before proceeding with the interview.
Straight to the point. Say you work well in teams. Do not speak ill of their burger quality or you will for sure not get a call back. I got the job off of a referral.

Question 1
What would you do if you had an upset customer and the manager was in the back of the house accepting an order and unavailable?
They will call you and have and arrange a date for you to meet In the restaurant. The manager will set down with you have you fill out paperwork for the job.
Not too difficult but not too hard either. I think it was mostly a fun thing and we discussed baked potatoes and the new garlic fries, which are truly delicious.
