I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wendy's (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was kinda easy and hard at the same time but the manager that interviewed me was very understanding and caring so that really helped me. It took me at least a good three days for the whole interview process to be completed before I got the job but overall it wasn't that bad. If your looking for a nine to five job this job may not be the job for you.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mendoza) in May 2026
