Interview
I applied online through snagajob.com and got a call the next day from the hiring manger. She asked me to come in for an interview on Monday. I arrived to the interview 10 minutes early and started right away, i met the overnight manager and the hiring manager. All they asked was: if i was 18, if im in college, if i drive, and what hours/shifts i can work, after that they said to call them on Thursday to get my schedule and that i would be starting next week, it was really that laid back. i definitely came over prepared for the interview, but thats not a bad thing. Im glad the managers were so awesome and calm, it really makes you feel comfortable. Im excited to start this job because the managers seem really understanding and fun. Remember BE HONEST!

Question 1
The only question i didn't expect was "Do you drive?" because normally it's just "do you have reliable transportation?". I don't drive but i answered honestly and they didn't mind at all, they said ok that doesn't matter as long as you're on time!
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
