Interview
I went in and asked if they were hiring. They were and i filled out an application. They hired me on the spot. No background check, drug test or reference check required. This was a franchise wendys. Im not sure if the corporate owned ones are different. It was easy to get hired here.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
