Interview
I saw a sign for a Wendy's opening up near my area, and I called the number. The very next day the manager called me to set up an interview. The interview process was a lot less tense than I thought. I spoke to the manager one on one, and after the questions (which were very few), she began to tell me about the uniform, job requirements etc. I think once you get an interview your pretty much hired though.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wendy's (Mendoza) in May 2026
