I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wendy's (Wichita, KS) in May 2009
Interview
Easy. After I put in an application detailing why I wanted to work at Wendy's over the summer, the Manager was quick to give a call back. The main concern was if we would be willing to follow instructions and listen to authority. The judge of character was also one more issue to make sure that I would not be stealing from the workers. I was hired on the spot after the interview. The General Manager heard enough rather quickly. Seems like a shake your head yes interview.
