Applied online and was called about 3 days later to schedule an interview. The interview was about 15 minutes. The questions were easy for the most part. I was asked what position I wanted and I was hired on the spot. About 2 days later my drug test results came back and I was able to start the next day.

Describe a time when you did work without having to be told
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
