Tuve una pequeña llamada con una manager del departamento para ver si me interesaba la posición y la siguiente entrevista ya fue con unas 8-10 personas del departamento a la vez (sobre todo managers y scientists). Era para ver a quién le encajaba más mi perfil, y después de esta una de las managers ya me ofreció un puesto. No hubo ninguna entrevista con Recursos Humanos en todo el proceso, lo que me pareció un poco raro.

Pretty easy. 3 rounds of interviews with different people. Gets repetitive but pretty easy interview. Nice people. Great manager. Super friendly. Asked if you know how to pipette and what type of worker you are.
